RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns for online orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Where provided, belts and dust bags must also be included as part of the return.

We do not currently offer free returns.

You will be responsible for the cost of your return, booking a return through our portal is likely to be more cost effective than going to the post office yourself.

In the event we do not receive your return, we will require your proof of postage in the form of a receipt, preferably with tracking included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this is unable to be provided.

*Please note it can take up to 10 days for us to process your return from the date we receive it.


RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We are sorry that you received a faulty item.

It may not be necessary for you to process a return and could, in fact, slow things down. Please contact customer support and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

HOW TO RETURN ONLINE

To make a return, please visit our returns portal. 

1. Enter your order number and email address. 

2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. 

3. Once registered on the portal, we will email a QR code or you can print your returns label

4. Download your returns label and attach to your parcel. You may need to go to your nearest drop off point.

 

Returns may take a few days to reach us. We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during sales periods, please allow up to 28 days for your package to be processed.

 

WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY, FOR ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION THAT HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, WITHOUT MAKE-UP MARKS AND WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

WHERE PROVIDED, BELTS AND ANY PACKAGING SUCH AS DUST BAGS MUST ALSO BE RETURNED.

 


REFUNDS

Please allow 10 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed.

Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.


FINAL SALE PRODUCTS (USA & CANADA ONLY)

NOTE: All items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. These are all clearly marked on the product page under the price.


ORDER CANCELLATION

We are happy to cancel any orders before they are processed by our warehouse, however we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations due to the volume of orders being received.
